Dear Vendors,

Welcome to the all-new and improved 2008 Lynchburg Motorcycle RallyÒ. Having new promoters for the 2008 rally will not change the past 6 years traditional family event, but enhance the attractions that will bring additional bikers to the already huge success of the event.  The 2008 booth rate is $210 per 10 feet road frontage for all three days (the depth of each booth varies according to location). All applications are on a “First Come, First Served” basis, for new vendors as well as vendors who came previously.

To accelerate your application process, please submit the following 4 items:

(1) Full amount of your booth fee

(2) A separate check of $50 for security and cleaning deposit. Refundable upon leaving.

(3) The completed and signed vendor registration form

(4) The signed vendors’ agreement.

Failing to submit all 4 items, you might lose your designated booth as the result of processing delay. 

You and your helpers will need to come to Rally Headquarters, check in and sign the release by 12:00 on Friday (6/20/08). No one will be allowed to leave before 5pm on Sunday. Your cooperation is well appreciated. We encourage you to bring a back-up generator in case of emergency.

To encourage participants sticking around and buying from you, we have added New Events and Attractions to the rally this year. We hope this new program will benefit you. We look forward to hearing from you soon.
